In the southwest corner of Australia lies one of only 36 biodiversity hotspots left on earth — home to 12,000 wildflower species, three-quarters of which exist nowhere else. It has never been farmed. The bees that work it are among the healthiest left on the planet, free of the diseases that affect almost every other hive on earth.
This is where Australian Wildflower begins. Not in a factory. Not in a blend. In a forest that has been quietly doing this work long before we arrived to bottle it.
Natalie Bussau is a fifth-generation Australian, raised among these forests in Western Australia. She didn’t set out to build a honey brand. She set out to share something she already knew was extraordinary – honey from trees that flower once every two years, tested to standards most of the industry has never had to meet, because most of the industry has never had anything this good to prove.
Every batch we sell is independently tested by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories, including the same facility that certifies Manuka honey for the global market. The results are published by batch number, and the original signed reports are available on request.

We don’t blend batches to smooth out a season. We don’t process beyond what’s necessary to make honey safe to eat and pour. We don’t put a number on a jar we can’t stand behind. Small-batch is not a marketing word here — it’s a limit we keep on purpose, because the forest only gives us so much, and we’d rather sell less of something real than more of something adjusted.

Every shipment to the UAE is flown, not shipped by sea, and kept temperature-controlled door to door — because heat is honey’s quiet enemy, and we’d rather protect the jar than cut the cost.
